Both Lawrence County boys basketball teams are back on the court Friday night. The 17-3 Lawrenceville Indians will look to rebound from a loss Tuesday as they face theĀ 12-8 Casey-Westfield Warriors for third place in the 2024 Little Illini Conference (LIC) boys basketball tournament at Newton. Tipoff is 6 p.m. and the contest can be heard on Lite 103 WAKO with Steve Anderson and Bill Richardson. The 8-13 Red Hill Salukis are in action for the first time in a while. They will be at home in Bridgeport hosting the Vincennes Rivet Patriots. There will be a two quarter JV game starting at 5:30 p.m. CT and the varsity game will follow. Shaun Shepard will have the broadcast beginning at around 6:30 p.m. CT on the Legend 99.3 FM and AM 910.
