The girls tennis postseason begins Tuesday at Shelbyville High School.
All five Shelby County programs are part of Sectional 24, hosted by the Golden Bears.
There is one quarterfinal round match Tuesday. It pits Waldron against Triton Central. The Tigers are 2-0 this season against Waldron, including a 5-0 win on Thursday.
The winner advances to play Shelbyville Wednesday in one semifinal match. The Golden Bears lost to Triton Central, 5-0, on April 13 and defeated the Mohawks, 3-2, on April 20.
The other semifinal match has Morristown taking on Southwestern.
The tennis sectional championship match is scheduled for Thursday.
The Shelbyville Sectional champion will face the Center Grove Sectional champion on May 26 at Center Grove High School.
The other regional semifinal at Center Grove will have the Perry Meridian Sectional winner against the Connersville Sectional winner.
