Lawrence County deer hunters and others around the area are out for the final weekend of the Illinois seven-day firearm deer season.
it began early Thursday morning and will conclude on Sunday, December 8th.
Local and area residents are reminded to be on the lookout for the hunters and also deer during the period.
Those participating should have their deer hunting permits signed and also wear bright orange or bright pink hunting attire.
