Derek Hudnall is hoping to get some time to visit family in the Shelbyville and Greensburg areas.
But first, Hudnall's venture from his home in Virginia is to compete Saturday in Plainfield at the USPC Americas' Championship.
Hudnall appeared on GIANT fm to talk about his first national competition.
