The Lawrence Unit 20 Board of Education is staying in-house to fill the vacant Lawrenceville Indian baseball coaching vacancy.
The board members voted to promote JV assistant coach Greg Cotton to the position. Cotton has coached on the staff under Lance Boldt for the last couple of years and now replaces Boldt, who resigned at the end of last season.
