Triton Central graduate Brayden Wilkins scored a pair of top three finishes for Franklin College Friday at the Friday Night Spikes #2 track and field event at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Wilkins finished third in the 60 meters (7.05 seconds) and second in the 200 in 22.93.
A trio of Shelbyville graduates also competed in the meet Friday for Franklin College.

Logan Page placed 18th in the 60 (7.46) and ninth in the 200 (24.34).

Christian Powell finished 13th in the 400 (55.92).

Powell and Blake Hughes were part of Franklin College’s 1,600 relay team that placed ninth in 3:50.05.
Here is a look at other Shelby County graduates competing at the collegiate level.

Ethan Lambert
The Shelbyville graduate finished 14th in the weight throw Saturday for the University of Indianapolis at the George Glass Invitational at Taylor University in Upland, Ind.
Lambert’s best throw was 43 feet, 0.5 inch.
He also finished 23rd in the shot put at 37-0.5.

Emma Nelson
The Morristown graduate had seven points, one rebound and one steal on Jan. 21 for Marian Ancilla in a 66-60 loss at Grand Rapids Community College.
The Chargers are 9-8 this season.

Bella Larrison
The Waldron graduate scored 21 points and added five rebounds, three assists and one steal to her stat line on Jan. 21 in Anderson’s 101-86 win over Franklin College.
On Friday, Transylvania defeated the Ravens, 74-55. Larrison finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds, one steal and one block.
Anderson is 10-8 (6-5 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference).

Tenleigh Phelps
The Triton Central graduate had a double-double on Jan. 21 in IU South Bend’s 75-56 win over St. Xavier University (Ill.). She finished with 23 points, 12 rebounds and four assists.
On Saturday, the Titans defeated Saint Ambrose University (Iowa), 63-53. Phelps had 16 points, six rebounds and three assists.
IU South Bend is 14-6 (9-3 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference).

Olivia Faust
The Triton Central graduate collected eight points, three rebounds and two assists Saturday in Marian’s 74-56 win over Bethel University.
The Knights improved to 18-2 (8-2 Crossroads League).

Brooklyn Bailey
The Triton Central graduate had three points, four rebounds, two steals and one block on Jan. 19 in Kaskaskia College’s 80-29 loss at Lincoln Land Community College.
On Jan. 21, Kaskaskia lost at Lake Land College, 84-61. Bailey had seven points, two rebounds, three assists and one steal.
Kaskaskia is 6-14 this season.
