Oblong scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd inning to erase a 1 run deficit and went on to beat the Red Hill baseball Salukis 9-3 Tuesday in action at Oblong.
The hosts added 2 more runs in the 4th and 4 in the 5th to cement the win.
Oblong scored 9 runs on 8 hits and made 5 errors while the Salukis were held to 3 runs on just 2 hits and 5 errors.
Brody Wattles and Keegan Liston had the two Saluki hits and Marcus Davis had a RBI.
Liston also took the pitching loss.
Red Hill is now 2-3 and are back home Friday to face Fairfield at the Tank Farm in Bridgeport.
