The Lawrenceville baseball Indians were beaten on the road Friday at Louisville by the North Clay Cardinals 8-3.
The hosts scored 8 runs on 6 hits and committed 1 error while the Tribe scored 3 times on 9 hits and made no errors.
Emery Ivers had 2 hits including a home run and Maddox Pargin and Garrett Moorehead each had 2 hits for Lawrenceville.
The loss broke a 3 game winning streak for the Indians, who are now 5-2.
They will be at home Thursday to meet Olney (Richland County) at Unit 20 Ballpark.
