The Parkview Baseball Braves closed up the regular season on a high note Monday afternoon in Bridgeport.
They scored 16 runs on 11 hits and made no errors in a 16-3 5 inning win over the Red Hill Junior High Salukis at the Tank Farm.
The Salukis scored 3 runs on 4 hits, but made 6 costly errors as they had a two game winning streak snapped The Salukis are right back in action Tuesday on the road at Martinsville. The Braves finish the regular season at 9-5 and will be idle until regional play at home next week.
