Shelbyville High School junior guard Hannah Baker has been named the Beth Prince State Farm Athlete of the Week.
Shelbyville finished 2-0 during its opening week with wins over Waldron (58-38) and Morristown (57-30).
Baker finished with 14 points against Waldron and 13 points against Morristown. She was named the team's "Game Changer" by the SHS coaching staff after each contest.
Baker and the Golden Bears (2-0) will host Class 3A, No. 1 Greensburg (3-0) on Tuesday at William L. Garrett Gymnasium.
