Sharon Annette Cook, age 64 of St. Francisville, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She was born in Lawrenceville on September 5, 1960, the daughter of Ray and Margaret (Condiff) Carie.
On March 23, 1996, Annette married Robert “Bob” Cook at their home. They travelled to numerous places experiencing all that life had to offer. She especially loved their trips to Mexico, Jamaica, Las Vegas, and going on cruises.
Annette devoted her life to her family and caring for others. Her family meant everything to her. She also devoted her career to caring for the elderly. For some people this is a calling, and Annette was one of those people. She had worked as a CNA and later became an RN and worked in long-term care. She was a hard worker and left no task undone and thoroughly enjoyed BINGO…rarely missing an opportunity to play.

Carmel, IL: five great-grandchildren: two sisters- Ellen Tewell and husband Steve of St. Francisville, IL and Frankie Spore and husband Buddy of Vincennes, IN: and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her parents- Ray and Marge Carrie; step-mother- Patty Carie; three brothers- Scotty Carie, Harold Carie, and Chuck Carie; and one step-sister- Joann White.
