Few details have been released involving a Shelby County shooting incident.
About 1:30 p.m., the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, Moral Township Fire, and Shelbyville Fire responded to the 7100 block of N. Christopher Lane for a shots fired call.
Sheriff’s deputies found two white males that were unresponsive. One is described as a man from Wanamaker, age 39. The other is a Fountaintown man, age 28. No names were released as of this report.
No other subjects were found in the residence.
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department report note that investigators believe this was an isolated incident with no other suspects at this time. This investigation is ongoing, with no further comment at this time.
The Shelby County Coroner’s Office and the Indiana State Police Crime Scene Technicians are aiding in the investigation.
