Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced the sentencing of three men recently in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
64 year old Lewis Luckey was given 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (DOC) with 1 year of mandatory supervised release on a charge of Attempted Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, a Class 2 Illinois felony.
19 year old Damarion Luckey also of Lawrenceville was given 15 years in the DOC and 1 year of mandatory supervised release for Attempted Aggravated Battery, a Class 1 Illinois felony.
38 year old Clayton Dunlap of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 3 years in the DOC and 6 months of mandatory supervised release on the offense of Aggravated Driving while License Revoked, a Class 5 Illinois felony.
