Over the next few months, beginning Tuesday, RushShelby Energy will have authorized contractors in the eastern region of our service territory performing meter upgrades.
Please direct any questions to the engineering department.
What to expect:
- The contractor is in a white Ford Transit van with RushShelby Energy Contractor signs on the sides
- They will have to access your property and have access to the meter
- Work will occur during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
- There will be a short interruption of service during upgrades
- You don't need to be home for replacement
