Officer Truty with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a property damage accident on Sunday, March 19th at about 2:45 in the afternoon at the intersection of 16C Road and Queen Road.
The driver was identified as Jesus Cruz Gutierrez, 40, of Rochester.
During the crash investigation, the officer observed the driver was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication.
Mr. Cruz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle Endangering.
