Monday evening Plymouth Mayor Robert Listenberger performed the swearing in of Park Board member Alex Eads for another 4-year term.
A motion passed to retain the same officers for 2025; Mike Kershner as Board President, Alex Eads as Vice President, Cayla Wade as Secretary. Other Park Board members include Adam Lukenbill, Josh Troyer and Liz Richie.
The park board approved contracts for Eleanor Longacre to hold dance classes on Tuesday nights at the Webster Center and for Amy Beaucham to hold theater classes at the Conservation Clubhouse on Wednesday evenings with more information to come. Rental cancellations for Dean Byers and John Thomas were also approved.
The Friends of the Park had a group meet last Saturday to work on the removal of invasive species of plants in Centennial Park. More information will be oncoming regarding some new activities planned for the group, led by Board Member Liz Richie.
