Shelby County Coroner Bradley Rund released the name of the person killed in a two-car crash in Shelby County Wednesday.
Brian Buschkoetter, 66, of Shelbyville, was declared dead at the scene.
The Shelby County Sheriff's Department responded just after 8 a.m. to Morristown Road, just north of Rafferty Road. The Ram struck Buschkoetter's 2003 Honda passenger car head-on.
Wilkins was arrested for driving under the influence causing death. The investigation is ongoing.
