Detective Sergeant Jordan Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a two-vehicle crash at Lake of the Woods Sunday morning.
County Police were dispatched to West Shore Drive near the Lake of the Woods Public Access site at 9:39 on July 7th. The police report states that 62-year-old Kenneth J. Keene of Cromwell was traveling north on West Shore Drive approaching the Lake of the Woods Public Access in his 1998 Chevrolet Blazer with a boat trailer.
18-year-old Justin E. Davidson II of Bremen was southbound on West Shore Drive in a 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and failed to yield to the Blazer and boat trailer. Davidson’s motorcycle struck the boat and boat trailer. He was transported to Memorial Hospital.
