A missing female juvenile from southwestern Indiana has been located.
Vincennes Police report that they were dispatched to a Ritterskamp Avenue location on Sunday, December 8 in reference to a missing 16 year old, Elliot Strosnider. After speaking with her family, officers followed up on various leads, but were unable to locate the missing girl.
Vincennes detectives then were involved in a multi-jurisdictional investigation which spanned several states.
On Tuesday, Strosnider was discovered in the greater Chicago area with the assistance of the North Chicago Police Department.
She was transported back to Vincennes and has now been reunited with her family.
Authorities have not said if any charges are involved in connection with the disappearance
