Taking place at 519 S Harrison St., Shelbyville, the celebration will be open to the public all day with programming that bridges tradition and community engagement.

1:30 – 5:00 p,.m. – Public Celebration

Children and families will be delighted by the work of the Shelby Art Guild Association, a vibrant collective of community artists whose creative face-painting talents turn young faces into dazzling canvases of imagination. Their work blends whimsy and craftsmanship, celebrating the spirit of artistry and belonging.
