A Plymouth Community School Corporation educator was recognized during the Indianapolis Indians game at Victory Field on Saturday. Lincoln Junior High 7th grade Science Teacher Cheryl Caine was one of nine educators statewide selected by the Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) to be honored.
During the game, Caine was selected as Teacher of the Year. Caine’s passion for education goes far beyond the classroom. In addition to teaching, she leads as the Bio-Anatomy Club Sponsor and Medical Detectives Club Sponsor, inspiring students to explore science in new and exciting ways. She’s an active member of the Guided Coalition (PLC), PEA, and numerous other school teams that support the professional growth of the Lincoln Junior High staff and the success of our students.
