The 2025 Lawrence County Junior Fair will be coming up in early July.
The annual event is scheduled for July 3rd through the 12th at the Lawrence County fairgrounds located on U.S. 50 between Bridgeport and Sumner near Red Hill State Park.
It will include many familiar activities such as the queen pageant, golf cart races, truck pulls, mud drags, pig wrestling, go-cart racing, and a demolition derby. The popular annual BBQ also returns.
A business expo is planned for Wednesday, July 9th to highlight local businesses. Anyone wanting to participate should contact Rita Palmer at (618) 843-7138 by Thursday May 1st.
