The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce has hired a new Executive Director.
The Board of Directors on Thursday, October 1st issued a statement indicating that Natalie Seals will fill the position. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media Technology and a minor in Professional Writing. Seals also earned an Associate Degree in Science and Arts from Olney Central College (OCC). She also has had experience as a news producer for WTHI-TV based in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Seals replaces Amy Michelle Seed as Executive Director after she departed in 2025. The Chamber office was then run by Administrative Assistant and Office Manager Jennifer Salyers until she left in August of 2026 to teach at Vincennes Beauty College. A search committee was then formed to seek a new Executive Director.
