The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ryan A. Jolly, 38, Monterey, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of possession of stolen property and criminal trespass. He was taken into custody by city police at Walmart, 2395 Main St., and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Michael J. Moser, 44, 820 Jefferson St., Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody by city police at Ninth and Jefferson streets and held without bond.

• Daekwon T. A. Garrett, 26, Elkhart, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of auto theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years and driving without insurance with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Sweetgum Road and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Alicia R. Johnson, 27, South Bend, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of paraphernalia. She was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $100 cash bond.

• Robert J. Smith, 54, 1721 Mitchell Drive Apt. C, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody by city police at 18th Street and Manchester Drive and later released on his own recognizance.
