Governor Mike Braun has directed flags at all state facilities in Clinton County and at the Indiana Statehouse to be flown at half-staff in honor of National Guard Sergeant Terry Frye, of Rossville, who died in a crash on Nov. 14.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise on the day of Sergeant Frye's visitation, Thursday, Nov. 20, until sunset on the day of his funeral, Friday, Nov. 21.
Governor Braun encourages all Hoosiers to help honor Sergeant Frye by lowering flags to half-staff at homes and businesses across the state.
