Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jeremiah D. Jensen, 40, 1100 Park Road, Lot 72, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a property damage crash and driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police at home and after allegedly crashing into a truck in the 400 block of West Ninth Street. He was later released on his own recognizance.

• Jesse L. Losch, 30, Logansport, was arrested Thursday on a preliminary charge of domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury. He was taken into custody by Rochester police at 1201 Jackson Boulevard and held without bond.

• Brian C. Poliquin, 53, 2147 Southway 31, was arrested Thursday on warrants charging him with two counts of probation revocation on original charges of failure to register as a sex offender and resisting law enforcement. He was taken into custody by Rochester police at Smith Farm Stores, 151 Rochester Plaza, and held without bond.

Police Incidents
Civil issue
• At 1:22 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that a man was refusing to let her gather her belongings from a residence in the 1100 block of Fulton Avenue. In question was a PlayStation, with the man stating it was his and the woman subsequently advised that the matter was a civil issue.
Unwanted guest
• At 2:04 p.m. Thursday, a woman residing in the area of county roads 375 West and 500 South requested that a man be issued a no trespassing warning for her property. Police records indicate that he was too intoxicated to leave at the time. He was later given courtesy transport to his parent's residence.
Mischief
• At 4:29 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that her niece's vehicle was "keyed," or intentionally scratched, by someone earlier in the morning at Rochester High School.
