Jail Bookings
The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ricky A. Snelling Jr., 37, 6525 N. State Road 25, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of cruelty to animals. He was picked up at the Starke County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Drug trash
• At 8:19 a.m. Thursday, police received a report that a janitor found some sort of drug trash at Lau Industries, 510 N. State Road 25, Rochester. An officer was requested for its removal.
Transport
• At 9:25 a.m. Thursday, police received a report that a resident of Life Care Center of Rochester, 827 W. 13th St., was acting aggressive. He was subsequently transported to Kokomo by medical personnel.
Suspicious
• At 1:28 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a man staying at Super 8, 209 McDonald Drive, Rochester, has been in contact over Facebook with a female juvenile. Police records indicate that it was unclear if the messages were inappropriate. They were reportedly coming from a fake account, and police were to review screenshots of the conversation.
Wrecks
• Vehicles driven by Jennifer M. Rensberger and Sherrie A. Tomaska collided around 2 p.m. Thursday at Fourth and Main streets in Rochester. Tomaska's vehicle was towed from the scene, and she was provided courtesy transport home.
• A vehicle driven by Carter R. Merideth crashed into a utility pole at approximately 11:24 p.m. Thursday at Mitchell Drive and 18th Street. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and Duke Energy was contacted, as streetlights were knocked out in the area as a result.
Cited
• At 4:35 p.m. Thursday, police cited a passenger of a vehicle stopped at U.S. 31 and County Road 50 North with possession of marijuana. The driver was cited with false identification, no valid driver's license and speeding 90 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Reckless
• At 6:54 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that drivers of a black Dodge Ram and white SUV have been speeding and driving recklessly down an alley near the 800 block of Pontiac Street. The caller advised it is an ongoing issue, occuring five or six times a day.
Slide-off
• At 12:29 a.m. Friday, police received a report of a vehicle slide-off at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North. A wrecker service was requested to get the vehicle out of a median and on its way.
Fight
• At 7:55 a.m. Friday, police responded to a report of a fight between a man and woman at Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31. Despite claiming there was no arguing, both were issued disorderly conduct warnings.
