Jail Bookings 

The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Philip L. Snook Jr., 40, 107 E. Phillips St., Kewanna, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody by city police at 1615 Mitchell Drive and held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

• Rebecca J. Hancock, 36, New Castle, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. She was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $750 cash bond.

• Seth Meeks, 31, Kalamazoo, Mich., was arrested Friday on a warrant issued out of Kalamazoo, Mich. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North to await extradition.  

• Carrie A. McPeak, 50, Etna Green, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of battery by bodily waste. She was picked up at the Greene County Jail and held without bond. 

• Cherilyn L. Taber, 57, 1225 W. Ninth St., Rochester, was arrested Sunday on warrants charging her with failure to appear in court on original charges of possession of a narcotic drug and dealing in methamphetamine. She was taken into custody by city police at home and held without bond. 

• Logann R. Hatfield, 26, 816 Jefferson St., Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of battery resulting in bodily injury. She was taken into custody by city police at Seventh and Madison streets and held without bond. 

Police Incidents

Wrecks
• At 12:32 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a deer was hit by a vehicle in the early morning hours on East Ninth Street near B&K Drive-In. 
• A vehicle driven by Rick A. Figlio, of Rochester, hit a pole in the parking lot of Walmart, 2395 Main St., around 5 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported.
• At 3:22 p.m. Saturday, emergency personnel were dispatched to a two-vehicle with the rollover of a Chevrolet truck at U.S. 31 and Third Street. The driver of the truck reportedly suffered a head injury in the crash, and occupants of the other vehicle involved reported having minor injuries.  
• At 4:30 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a mail carrier hit a shared mailbox at College Square Apartments, 1729 Bancroft Ave. The mail carrier reportedly attempt to fix the mailbox and put it back upright before driving away, but it fell again. Police records indicate that it was to be fixed today.

Harassment
• At 3:17 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that the boyfriend of a Walgreens employee threatened the manager for correcting his girlfriend at work. He left the store after alleging threatened bodily harm if she was spoken to in the same manner. Police were attempting to locate him. 

Animal call
• At 11:19 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a dog had been barking for about an hour to be let in a residence at Westwood Apartments. The owner was letting the dog in upon an officer's arrival and was advised to be conscious of neighbors. 

Suspicious
• At 5:47 p.m. Friday, an officer found an unoccupied tent in a tree line along East 14th Street between Lowell Street and Mitchell Drive. 
• At 7:01 p.m. Friday, a resident in the 1400 block of Franklin Street reported finding possible drug trash in their backyard.
• At 9:04 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a man chased a juvenile at Fansler Park.  
• At 4:09 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that a man was in the roadway yelling at passersby after asking for money at Kroger Fuel Center, 61 E. 18th St. He was later seen walking into Quality Inn to get a room. 
• At 5:18 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that people were seen entering a vacant residence through windows at Rochester Mobile Home Park, 1100 Park Road. Upon contact, they stated there was a dead racoon inside and they were just airing it out. 
• At 7:24 p.m. Sunday, police received a report that juveniles were possibly trying to break into a building in the area of 18th Street and Oakwood Drive near the water tower. 

Fight
• At 10:03 p.m. Friday, police responded to the report of a fight between a man and woman at Four Seasons Mobile Home Estates, 705 E. Fourth St. The altercation was determined to be verbal in nature, with both advised to stay separated for the night. 

Stalking report
• At 8:14 p.m. Saturday, a man residing at Rochester Place Apartments reported that a woman has been stalking him, taking pictures of his animals and home and spreading rumors about animal abuse. He was advised nothing criminal occurred and how to seek a protective order. His dog was found to be happy and healthy. 

Cited
• Shortly before 7 a.m. Sunday, a driver was cited with speeding 95 mph in a 60 mph zone during a traffic stop at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North. A passenger was cited with possession of marijuana. 

Safety concern
• At 9:08 p.m. Sunday, a resident in the 200 block of Fulton Avenue reported that trees in an alleyway were rubbing against a power line, causing sparking. 

Crisis response
• At 11:25 p.m. Sunday, a crisis team of 4C Health was contacted for assistance after a woman claimed to have injected ammonia. She was first medically cleared at Woodlawn Hospital.
