Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Christopher M. Bailey, 52, 592 N. Paradise Drive, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Allen County. He was taken into custody by Fulton County sheriff's deputies at 766 N. State Road 19, Akron, to await extradition.

• Jerry J. Harris, 43, Muncie, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Hamilton County. He was taken into custody at the jail to await extradition.

Police Incidents
Harassment
• At 1:14 a.m. Wednesday, a Howard County man reported that he is being threatened by someone residing in Fulton County.
• At 7:43 p.m. Wednesday, a Rochester man reported that he is being harassed by another man, who has allegedly been following him in his vehicle and attempted to get him into a physical altercation.
Gas leak
• At 5:42 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report about a carbon monoxide detector going off at 1003 E. Ninth St., with occupants inside unable to move. Emergency personnel responded, and gas supply was shut off to the home.
Unauthorized control
• Shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report about unauthorized control of a vehicle, reportedly taken from a workplace by someone who was then not returning phone calls.
Mischief
• At 10:01 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported that his vehicle's tires were "slashed," or intentionally cut, Saturday evening at Putt's Bar & Grill, 128 E. Eighth St.
Residential entry
• At 12:47 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report of a possible residential entry at 1124 Bancroft Ave. Officers subsequently conducted a walk-through, with no one located inside. Video footage was to be reviewed.
Ordinance related
• On Wednesday afternoon, police left notices for ordinance violations at the following properties: 14-day warning for junk and unlicensed vehicle at 1221 College Ave., 14-day warning for junk in the backyard at 506 Ohio St., 7-day warning for trash and junk at 1208 Elm St., 14-day warning for trash and a junk tractor at 342 E. Fourth St., 14-day warning for junk at 1316 Madison St., and a 7-day warning for junk and an unlicensed vehicle at 730 E. 12th St.
Wreck
• Shortly before 4 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a vehicle was backed into earlier in the morning at 1212 College Ave.
Marijuana odor
• At 4:27 p.m. Wednesday, the Fulton County Sheriff's Office documented an incident involving two men in its lobby and the odor of marijuana. When questioned, one reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana before coming inside. A THC vape pen was subsequently seized.
