4C Health has announced that Kara Conger, Guidance Counselor at Tipton Middle School, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Behavioral Health Champion Award – Education Champion of the Year.
The Behavioral Health Champion Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing mental health awareness, supporting emotional well-being, and strengthening connections between schools, families, and community partners. Conger was selected for her outstanding advocacy on behalf of students and her unwavering commitment to creating a supportive environment where young people can thrive.
Throughout her work at Tipton Middle School, Conger has been a trusted advocate for students and families, helping to bridge gaps between educational settings and behavioral health services.
Her collaborative approach, compassionate leadership, and dedication to student success have made a lasting impact on the lives of countless students.
