The Mount Carmel Elks Lodge #715 in cooperation with the Illinois Elks Children’s Care will sponsor a FREE Children’s Orthopedic assessment clinic on Monday September 15, 2025 at the Wabash General Hospital, Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine which is located at 1527 College Drive, Mount Carmel, IL. Dr. Fullop is the clinician for the clinic. The clinic is held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and is by appointment only for Illinois residents. To make an appointment for your child please call the Illinois Elks Children’s Care office at 1-800-272-0074 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
There are no charges for any services at this clinic. No medical referral is necessary for the clinic and physicians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion. School nurses are welcome to refer children and families to the clinic.
