It was a solid start to the season Saturday for the Lawrenceville-Red Hill wrestling Indians.
The team captured four individual championships enroute to a runaway win of the 2025 51st annual Jim Dunn Wrestling Tournament held at Lawrenceville High School, their second consecutive tournament title.
The locals won with 204.5 points with Robinson second with 169.5, Vandalia third with 168 and Olney (Richland County) fourth with 163 points.
Dalton Baker won the 106-pound class, Drew Seitzinger the 126-pound class, Cale Seitzinger the 150-pound class and Malikye Williams the 190-pound class to help propel the team to the win. Freshman Jude DeCausey finished second at 215 and Daniel Kiser third at 157 to help in the effort.
Next action for the grapplers is a dual match scheduled for Thursday at Mt. Carmel.
