Rochester downs Plymouth in softball action; HS scoreboard

Rochester scored a single run in each of the first five innings in a 5-2 softball win over Plymouth.

Bria Rensbarger led the Zebras (2-0) with 15 strikeouts from the circle and an RBI single.

For Plymouth (1-1), Ivy Stackhouse doubled twice, singled and scored twice.

For Culver, Savannah Schlemmer was 3-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored. Teammate Aiden Molebash drove in three with a 2-for-3 performance and two runs scored. Abigayle Zehner was 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI.

Lexis Owens led the LaVille attack with a 3-for-4 day at the plate and an RBI and run scored. Grace McBride and Lexi McQueen each had two hits for LaVille.
