Triton Central girls soccer has gone 3-0-1 since its season opening loss to Whiteland. On Wednesday, the Tigers continued their shutout streak with a 9-0 win at Rushville (0-5).
Triton Central has not allowed a goal in four straight matches.
Rylee Pruitt scored two goals to lead Triton Central (3-1-1). Also scoring for the Tigers were Ariel Walker, Layla McKee, Maddie Burnett, Lillian Kegley and Sarah Salazar.
Goalkeeper Cheyenne Allen earned the shutout in goal.
Triton Central returns to action Monday at Perry Meridian (2-4).

At Triton Central, the visiting Braves (3-1, 2-1 Hoosier Legends Conference) ended their three-match losing streak with a conference victory in Fairland.
Bryce Toth scored the lone goal for the Tigers (0-4-1, 0-1 HLC), who are still searching for their first win of the season. They continue conference play today at Speedway (3-1-1, 1-0 HLC).

At Triton Central, the No. 1 doubles pairing of Max Crouse and Caleb McGuire secured the Tigers’ only match win. They defeated Kasen Jarnecke and Jacob Welch, 6-2, 1-6, 10-2.
Triton Central’s No. 2 singles player Brayden Hoover suffered his first loss of the season to Alex Michalek, 6-0, 6-2. Hoover dropped to 7-1.
At No. 1 singles, Nathan Roberts bested Janssen Capps, 6-3, 6-3. And Andrew White secured a 6-2, 6-2 win over Bradyn Robinson at No. 3 singles.
At No. 2 doubles, Ethan Ortwein and Raleigh Gantt defeated Drayton Kermode and Graham Gast, 6-1, 6-3.
Triton Central is now 5-3 this season.
Cash Eck and the doubles pairing of Jason Gregory and Hyatt Watson produced Triton Central wins in junior varsity matches.
