The first goal became the only goal and enough for Rushville to eliminate Triton Central from the Centerville Boys Soccer Sectional Thursday night.
Levi Pharis scored off an assist from Colton England in the second overtime session to get the Lions a 1-0 victory.
Rushville improved to 7-9-1 this season and will face Connersville (9-6-2) in Saturday’s championship match at Centerville.
The Spartans defeated Greensburg, 1-0 Thursday, to earn the championship berth.
Triton Central closed out its season at 2-13-2.

Indianapolis Lutheran 7, Morristown 0
The host Saints led 2-0 at halftime then score five second-half goals to secure the sectional semifinal round win.
Samuel Huene and Owen McWilliams each scored two goals for Lutheran (6-10).
Morristown finished its season at 6-7-3.
Lutheran will battle Class A, No. 12 Greenwood Christian (9-7), a 6-0 winner over Mooresville Christian Thursday, in Saturday’s sectional championship game.
Volleyball
Shelbyville def. Warren Central, 25-16, 25-14, 25-8
At Warren Central, Jordyn Noe finished with a team-high eight kills and three service aces to help the Golden Bears (16-10) snap a five-match losing streak.
Lyla Wilson added seven kills. Hayden Ricketts had a team-high 11 digs.
Warren Central dropped to 2-22.
