The Red Hill Junior Varsity Football Salukis rallied from behind Tuesday night and won 8-7 over Casey-Westfield in their season opener at Bridgeport. They fell behind early 7-0 after 1 quarter and also trailed 7-0 at the half. The Salukis punched across a touchdown and added the 2 point conversion to take an 8-7 lead with just over 3 minutes left in the third quarter and held that lead heading into the fourth quarter. The visitors drove to within field goal range with less than a minute to go, but missed and the Salukis ran out the clock. Red Hill at 1-0 will head to Lawrenceville next Monday to play the JV Indians at Ed Loeb Field.
