CULVER — On Tuesday night, CMA junior Trey Galloway surpassed the 1,000 career points mark in their game at Westville High School. Galloway had 17 total points in the contest, including four two-point baskets, two three-point conversions and three free throws. He currently has a total of 1,004 career points. He is the seventh CMA basketball player in program history to reach that mark, including current teammate and Boston University signee Ethan Brittain-Watts '19 (Indianapolis). Brittain-Watts surpassed the mark earlier this year against Mishawaka Marian on Dec. 11. Others on the list include: Mitch Henderson '94 (1,284), Jackson Atoyebi '01 (1,431), Juwan Brescacin '11 (1,006), Jermaine Myers '12 (1,154) and Ignas Masiulionis '17 (1,029). Catch the CMA varsity basketball squad in action next when they take on Indianapolis Providence Cristo Rey High School on the road Saturday, Feb. 23. Tip-off is at 7:30 p.m.
