The Parkview Basketball Braves swept both games against the Red Hill Junior High Salukis in a battle of Lawrence County rivals at Lawrenceville Wednesday night. The 7th grade Braves broke open a close game in the second half to win 40-23. Paxton Gher had 15 and Avery Mullens had 11 for the victors. The 8th grade game was a tight affair throughout with the hosts Braves getting the lead and hitting free throws down the stretch to win 38-31. The Braves were paced by Liam Morey with 13 points while Baron Young had a game high 16 for the Salukis. Both teams return to action on the road Thursday-Parkview at Olney (East Richland) and Red Hill at Flora.
