Rochester senior Olivia Bailey fired a 75 in the first round of the IHSAA Girls Golf State Finals at Carmel on Friday.
Bailey is three shots over par and tied with several players for 11th overall in the individual standings.
Peru junior Piercey Dyer shot a 76 and is four-over in a tie for 13th place.
For Tippecanoe Valley, sophomore Savana Miller is 19-over and tied for 79th after the first round at Prairie View Golf Club.
With play still going on for several players it’s a freshman at the top of the leaderboard. Carmel’s Maya Keuling is – 3 through 12 holes.
