On the morning of Saturday, October 4th, at approximately 2, Plymouth Police Officers obtained a signed search warrant for 920 South Second Street. Plymouth Officers executed the search warrant.
The resident, Rikay Salmons, 34, of Plymouth, was taken into custody, and during the execution of the search warrant, firearms, ammunition, more than 200 grams of suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were located and removed from the home.
Salmons was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for felony criminal transfer of a firearm, maintaining a common nuisance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and paraphernalia. She is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
