A 42-year-old Plymouth man living at the Economy Inn on North Michigan Street was taken into custody on Saturday morning at 8.
Jared Ian Warner was taken into custody without incident for a failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.
Warner was transported to the Marshall County Jail for processing and held with no bond.
