Sunday evening, April 14th just after 6, officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 309 North Kingston Road for an unwanted intoxicated person.
The suspect was identified as 54-year-old Richard Moses of Tamarack Road in Walkerton.
Moses was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for public intoxication and held on a $250 cash bond.
