Plymouth Police arrested a Virginia man after he was seen taking items from a Goodwill donation bin.
On Friday at approximately 2:45 a.m., Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2201 North Oak Drive, Wendy's, for a male subject who was seen taking items from a Goodwill donation bin.
Officer Mark began an investigation and identified the male as Steven Norton, 45, of Bristol, Virginia.
Norton was transported to Marshall County Jail without incident and lodged for theft and public intoxication. His cash bond was set at $500. He was released 48 hours later with No Judicial Review.
