A shooting investigation led to the discovery of multiple drugs, weapons, and a small marijuana grow on Sunday night, December 7, resulting in two arrests.
Marshall County Police responded to reports of a female being shot at in the 13,000 block of 4th Road around 9:41 p.m. County Officers located two suspects in an RV behind the residence of 13321 4th Road, north of Plymouth, and secured the scene. The police report states that no one was injured.
After obtaining a search warrant, police allegedly discovered a hidden 20-gauge shotgun, methamphetamine, cocaine, suspected fentanyl, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a small marijuana grow operation.
William R. Neiswender, 49, and Rhonda P. Harrington, 43, were both booked into the Marshall County Jail for two counts each of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug as a level 4 and level 6 felonies, obstruction of justice, possession of a hypodermic syringe, and possession of methamphetamine all as a level 6 felonies, marijuana cultivation and possession of marijuana as a B misdemeanors, and possession of paraphernalia as a C misdemeanor.
Neiswender had an additional charge of a felon in possession of a firearm as a level 5 felony.
Harrington had additional charges of criminal recklessness-shooting a firearm into an inhabited structure as a level 5 felony, pointing a firearm as a level 6 felony, and visiting a common nuisance as a B misdemeanor.

Both are currently being held in the Marshall County Jail on $3,000 cash bonds each.
