Starting now through the end of July, The Mill is building its interest list.
Pre-leasing for The Mill, a premier residential development by Birge & Held is now open.
This state-of-the-art community has already garnered a significant response following the launch of its signage and website earlier this week.
The Mill’s website, serves as a comprehensive resource where potential residents can explore renderings and floor plans, join contact and wait lists, and stay updated on the latest developments.
Starting now through the end of July, The Mill is building its interest list. In early August, they will commence the application and qualification process, with the first move-ins anticipated for late October. This timeline ensures that applications remain valid, minimizing the need for potential residents to resubmit their information.
Birge & Held is also working to establish a temporary leasing office until The Mill's permanent leasing office is operational. In the meantime, interested people are encouraged to visit the website and sign up for updates.
Jenna Martin, City of Shelbyville Director of Public Relations, commented, “The response to The Mill has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are thrilled to see such strong interest from our community. This development is a significant addition to Shelbyville, offering modern living spaces and amenities that will greatly enhance our city.”
