On Saturday, March 23rd, Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department observed a speeding vehicle eastbound on U.S. 30 near the Oak Road intersection. A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle and the subsequent investigation revealed the driver, Macy Alsanders, 25, of South Bend was operating the vehicle with a suspended license.
During the investigation, marijuana was also located in the vehicle. Macy Alsanders was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for driving while suspended with a prior and possession of Marijuana. She was released on Monday at 1 a.m. with No Judicial Review.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
