A vehicle being driven by 23-year-old Bryan Romero of South Bend was stopped for a traffic infraction on Friday, November 7th at 12:38 p.m. on Oak Drive at Markley Drive.
Romero was found to have never received a license. He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail, given a court date of Dec 9, and a cash bond of $100.
