A 55-year-old Plymouth man was arrested on a warrant Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
On August 23, Plymouth Police Officers received a tip about a male in the area who had a warrant for his arrest.
Patrolman Thornton arrived at Walter Ray Snedeker’s residence in the 400 block of Jackson Heights on the south side of Plymouth. Snedeker was outside of the residence and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for the failure to appear misdemeanor warrant.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
