Officers with the Plymouth Police Department located a subject at the Red Rock Inn Saturday who was known to have an active arrest warrant and took him into custody.
At 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Officer Witkowski located Jacob Matthew Smith.
Smith was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
