A Rockville man is facing new charges following an investigation conducted by the Rockville Police Department and the Indiana Department of Corrections Division of Parole Services on Friday.
John A. Montgomery III was taken into custody and is currently being held at the Parke County Jail on a parole hold. Montgomery, who was previously on parole for a Child Molest conviction, now faces two new charges of Possession of Child Pornography.
The Rockville Police Department continues to investigate the matter. Authorities remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
